Freelance Event Registration Lead (Rainfocus)

Our client, a digital + experiential agency, is seeking an experienced freelance Event Registration Lead to own and manage event registration from start to finish for large scale, high profile events. This is a fully remote role, 40 hours per week, ideally starting April 6 - June 5th (PST hours preferred).
This role is ideal for a registration specialist who has led complex event registration programs end to end and is comfortable partnering directly with enterprise level clients.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full event registration lifecycle in RainFocus, from initial setup through execution and post event reporting
- Own registration data integrity, workflows, and overall processes across large scale events
- Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless attendee experience
- Manage and troubleshoot registration systems, attendee communications, and reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all registration related needs
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Registration Lead or Registration Specialist supporting large, complex events
- Experience working with enterprise clients or companies similar to Meta
- Proven ability to manage registration at scale, including large attendee datasets
- Strong client facing skills and ability to lead independently
- RainFocus experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable owning projects end to end
