Fractional Fund Accountant / Fund Administrator (Monthly Retainer)

SEC-registered investment adviser (ERA) seeking a fractional fund accountant for an emerging private credit fund (Reg D 506(c), Delaware LP).

Scope of work:

• Monthly NAV verification (we generate NAV internally via our own platform, you independently verify)

• Quarterly investor statements

• Annual K-1 coordination with our tax preparer

• Your name and credentials on our due diligence questionnaire as independent fund administrator

Current stage: Pre-launch, targeting $10M first close. 0-5 LPs initially. This is a light-touch engagement estimated at 5-10 hours per month.

What we are looking for:

• CPA or equivalent with fund accounting and administration background

• Experience with private credit, hedge fund, or alternative investment fund structures

• Comfortable working as an independent third-party verifier alongside our internal platform

• US-based

This is a monthly retainer engagement scaling with AUM growth. If you have experience at firms like NAV Fund Services, Citco, SS&C, Apex, or similar and are now consulting independently, this is a strong fit.
