Cardinal Health Canada is a key player in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing a wide range of products to healthcare facilities. They are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making, while also preparing monthly financial reviews and collaborating with project managers.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly financial review (MFR) file in CAD & USD that is presented to the US team and Canadian Leadership Team
  • Provide commentary on monthly variance drivers (i.e. warehouse productivity, volume, and rate) and present the findings to the Operations Leadership Team
  • Support development of SFP (3-years plan), Budget and Quarterly Forecast for Operations
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and assess financial impact
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication across Finance and Operations teams
  • Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and support other initiatives as required

Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FP&A
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance, preferred
  • Working towards a CPA designation, preferred
  • Exposure to executive leadership is an asset
  • Experience in a budget cycle is an asset
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI is an asset
