Flutter Developer for Custom Mobile App – Construction/Restoration Business (Fixed-Price, $8k–$12k)

We’re building a single, voice-first mobile app for our home restoration company in Seattle, WA. It handles everything: lead intake via speech-to-text, job estimation (Xactimate import), scheduling, sub portals, Circle escrow payments (USDC stablecoin), permits, invoices, payroll, and compliance tracking.

Tech stack: Flutter (iOS/Android), Firebase backend, Google Speech-to-Text, Circle API for escrow, DocuSign integration, basic calendar views.

Must-haves:

• Proven Flutter experience (portfolio with 2+ production apps)

• Voice integration (e.g., speech-to-text parsing)

• Firebase auth/storage

• API handling (Circle, email, text via Twilio or similar)

• Clean, simple UI (5–8 screens max)

Nice-to-have: Experience with construction/insurance workflows, stablecoin payments, or WA state tax/permit logic.

Budget: $8,000–$12,000 fixed (milestones: wireframes → MVP → testing). Timeline: 4–6 weeks.

US-based preferred (Seattle area ideal), but remote OK if strong communication.
