Financial Services Representative - Santa Barbara, CA

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team in Santa Barbara, CA. This role involves supporting customers through inbound calls, preparing for licensing exams, and developing skills for a career in financial services while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers taking inbound calls
• Answer questions about account balances
• Make withdrawals and transfer funds
• Identify resources and place trades
• Work from home and spend one day per week in the Investor Center
• Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66
• Build and solidify skills in customer service
• Develop new skills and connect with colleagues
• Join the wealth management development track
