• Work with clients to protect what they've built and grow long-term wealth using relationships you've already spent years earning
• Build your own practice with independence and flexibility in serving clients

Skills

• Someone who's known for showing up and following through
• A genuine network in your community that you've built on trust
• Self-motivation and a strong desire to run your own operation
• Willingness to get licensed (Life and Health, SIE, Series 7) if you aren't already
• A four-year degree is preferred but your track record matters more
