They are seeking a Field Sales Advisor to drive growth through door-to-door sales, engaging with customers to educate them about their services and ensuring a positive sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales activity across KCOM’s licensed and full fibre expansion areas
- Engage, educate and advise potential customers on KCOM’s products and services
- Manage the full sales journey from initial contact through to completion, ensuring all regulatory and company policies are met
- Consistently deliver against agreed sales targets and personal objectives
- Plan and prioritise your own workload to maximise productivity and time spent in the field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver an excellent customer experience, exceeding expectations and driving positive feedback
- Diligently follow up on all sales activity to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on customer insights, marketing offers, competitor activity and market trends
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team, contributing to shared success
Skills
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas; fuel costs incurred as part of the role will be reimbursed
- A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives in a target-based environment
- Confident, engaging communication and strong listening skills
- Resilience and determination, with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently in a field-based role
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- A team player with a positive attitude and desire to contribute to KCOM's continued growth
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers face-to-face
