They are seeking a Field Sales Advisor to drive growth through door-to-door sales, engaging with customers to educate them about their services and ensuring a positive sales experience.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales activity across KCOM’s licensed and full fibre expansion areas
  • Engage, educate and advise potential customers on KCOM’s products and services
  • Manage the full sales journey from initial contact through to completion, ensuring all regulatory and company policies are met
  • Consistently deliver against agreed sales targets and personal objectives
  • Plan and prioritise your own workload to maximise productivity and time spent in the field
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience, exceeding expectations and driving positive feedback
  • Diligently follow up on all sales activity to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback on customer insights, marketing offers, competitor activity and market trends
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team, contributing to shared success

Skills

  • A full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
  • Willingness to travel across assigned areas; fuel costs incurred as part of the role will be reimbursed
  • A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives in a target-based environment
  • Confident, engaging communication and strong listening skills
  • Resilience and determination, with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently in a field-based role
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers face-to-face
