About the Role
- The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that directly supports business growth and performance.
- This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth within our Talent Acquisition team.
- What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
- Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions
- Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed
- What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
