What You Will Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of field and manufacturing projects, including delivery, startup, and commissioning of Silent-Aire products. You will collaborate across departments—Project Management, Field Technicians (MCS), Operations, and Manufacturing—to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, construction/manufacturing environment.

How You Will Do It
Coordinate and support multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closeout

Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and meetings; develop agendas and track deliverables

Manage commissioning scripts and issues within client platforms

Create, manage, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

Order, receive, and track parts and materials for field operations

Organize and coordinate “Ship Loose” shipments and project documentation

Compile and analyze data from various sources; prepare summaries and recommendations

Interpret and distribute project schedules to stakeholders

Provide regular progress reports on commissioning status and milestones

Organize project files and maintain server documentation

Communicate with clients, general contractors, vendors, trades, and internal teams

Support field operations by traveling to project sites as needed

Apply analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to manage shifting priorities

Ensure alignment with field activities, commissioning timelines, and operational goals

What We Look For
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or commissioning support

Strong understanding of commissioning processes and construction documentation

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one)

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications
University or College degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Experience in mission critical environments (e.g., data centers, healthcare, industrial)

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or controls systems

Experience with issue tracking systems, inventory management tools, and Smartsheet

QA/QC experience

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP Associate)

Construction site or facilities experience

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $46,000 - $96,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
