They are seeking candidates for their Accelerated Path to Management Program, which provides training in financial services and prepares individuals for management roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to sell products and build client relationships as a financial professional
• Meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role
• Undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime for success as a manager
• Understand how to recruit and coach others to success
• Receive extensive training and access to digital tools and a comprehensive product suite
• Learn about robust products and services that can help clients achieve their financial goals
• Lead and build a team of financial professionals after entering the Associate Partner training program

Skills

• Sales or managerial experience in another industry
• Experience running your own business
• MBA or other equivalent degree
• Ability to meet specific production and licensing requirements
• Ability to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations
• Willingness to affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative
