</div><div>The Farmers Insurance® Associate Agent Program is a transitional up-to-24-month opportunity designed for motivated professionals who aspire to own and operate their own Farmers agency.<br>This program provides hands on experience, personalized mentorship, and comprehensive training through the University of Farmers, preparing you for success as a future Agency Owner. This is a Remote Opportunity, offering a flexible schedule focussed on Selling Farmers Insurance products.<br><br>

</div><div>1. Background Check<br><br>
</div><ul><li>Must pass a satisfactory background check prior to participation.</li></ul><div>2. Licensing & Training<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Must hold <strong>Property & Casualty</strong> or <strong>Life & Health</strong> licenses before your start date. Must obtain both active licenses before end of 24 month program.</li>
<li>Participate in <strong>University of Farmers® training</strong> focused on sales, service, operations, and business management.</li>
</ul><div>3. Ongoing Support<br><br>

<li>Receive dedicated guidance from District and Territory Office leadership.</li>
<li>Access business planning tools, marketing resources, and mentorship from established agency owners.</li>
</ul><div>Compensation Structure<br><br>
</div><ul>

<strong>Commission-based earnings</strong> from monthly new business production.</li>
<li>
<strong>Performance-based bonuses</strong> available for meeting production milestones.</li>
<li>No base salary — this is an <strong>independent contractor opportunity</strong> with entrepreneurial income potential.</li>

</div><div>Bonus Opportunity<br><br>
</div><div>If you transition from Associate Agent to an External Acquisition Agent, you may be eligible for a one-time bonus equal to 100% of your net new business commissions (up to $10,000), paid following your new appointment addendum.<br><br>
