What You'll Do:

Draft contracts, legal briefs, motions, and other essential legal documents

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy

Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations

Provide legal counsel in collaboration with senior associates

Maintain accurate and detailed client records

Oversee and guide paralegals and administrative staff

What We're Looking For:
Education & Licensing: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active California Bar license (in good standing)

Experience: Previous experience in Family Law preferred, but newly licensed attorneys with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Skills:

Strong legal writing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Familiarity with legal software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Clio, and Outlook

Ability to work collaboratively while also managing cases independently
