Facebook/Meta Business Expert Needed for Live Coaching

I’m looking for a Facebook/Meta Ads expert to coach me live (screen share) as I build and improve campaigns for an RV dealership (Kamper City).

This is NOT a “run my ads for me” role. I need someone who can teach while doing, so I can manage campaigns myself.

What I need help with (live session)

Setting up high-converting lead generation campaigns

Choosing the right campaign objectives and structure

Building target audiences for local buyers

Budget setup and optimization (daily vs lifetime, scaling)

Reviewing and improving my current ads/posts

Understanding performance metrics (CTR, CPM, cost per lead)

Business context

RV dealership (local market)

Running inventory posts + Facebook Marketplace

Goal = more qualified leads (calls, form fills, messages)

Session format

1–2 hour live Zoom/Google Meet session

Screen share inside my Meta Ads Manager

Step-by-step walkthrough while explaining decisions

Potential for ongoing sessions if it’s a good fit

Requirements

Proven experience with Meta lead generation campaigns (not just ecommerce)

Experience with local business marketing (dealership experience is a bonus)

Ability to clearly explain what you’re doing and why

Fluent English
