We are a growing civil engineering firm specializing in water management, land development, and solar site design, seeking a top-tier Civil Designer or Civil Engineer who operates at a high level of production and delivers exceptional results.

This is a role for experienced professionals who take ownership of their work, produce at a high level, and contribute meaningfully to project success.

About the Role

You will contribute to civil design projects from concept through completion across:

Water management and drainage design

Land development

Solar site planning and layout

You will work across multiple projects simultaneously, producing high-quality deliverables efficiently and consistently.

Ideal candidates will:

Be highly proficient in design using Civil 3D

Produce accurate, high-quality plans efficiently

Be comfortable working in a remote environment

Take ownership of assigned work and follow through to completion

Manage multiple tasks or projects effectively

Maintain strong attention to detail and sound judgment

We value individuals who can consistently execute completely, not just partial contributions.

Background options (either path is welcome):

Experienced Civil Designer / CAD Technician

OR

Civil Engineer (P.E. license optional, not required)

Both of these roles are production-focused.

Work Environment

Fully Remote

Defined collaboration windows for coordination

This role is designed for professionals who can work independently while also having access to support when needed.

You will not be expected to operate in isolation—our team provides available guidance, coordination, and support to ensure project success.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and production level)

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete a timed (one hour), real-world Civil 3D design exercise designed to evaluate production ability, decision-making, and execution—not just familiarity with tools.
