As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned arenaflex clients.
  • Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
  • Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries.

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends
  • The ability to be on camera at all times
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive and customer-centric attitude

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months
  • Banking customer service experience
