- *What You'll Do**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional support experiences through phone, chat, and/or email
- Use arenaflex's tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- *What We Need from You**
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
