As a Virtual Customer Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through chat, email, and phone
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process updates
  • Performing advanced data analysis to recognize patterns, risks, and opportunities
  • Identifying and mitigating potential process breakdowns and control gaps
  • Developing and maintaining reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Proactively analyzing data to answer key requests from stakeholders

  • Associate closely with the GMNS business and partners to execute updated and automated MIS reporting plan and assessment
  • Recognize process updates and complete aversion methodology to direct functional bet in close association with the greater Practical Significance group and GMNS gatherings
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in functional bet
  • Impact unstructured data sources to recognize potential process breakdowns and control gaps
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key requests from stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of a control environment that fosters risk management and compliance
  • *Requirements**
  • 3-4+ years of experience in data-driven analysis
  • Preferred understanding in financial organizations, risk management, and internal control
  • Preferred postgraduate degree in Statistics/Math/Financial Analysis/Planning/Management
  • Data on risk management and key performance indicators
  • Strong demonstrated proficiency in MS-Excel and Access
  • Ability to manage current data, including unstructured data, using programming languages like SAS, SQL, Python, or another relative programming language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Experience organizing data and creating insightful materials to communicate findings

  • Familiarity with the vendor business, related regulatory environment, and emerging trends and models
