What You Will Do

Data Entry & Record Management


  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry to update customer records, transaction details, and account information with meticulous attention to detail

  • Verify and validate customer data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established quality standards

  • Process account modifications, address changes, and preference updates within designated turnaround times

  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company protocols

  • Identify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary

  • Utilize advanced database management systems to input, retrieve, and update cardmember information securely

Exceptional Customer Service Delivery


  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and web-based platforms

  • Address cardmembers' inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements

  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations
