  • + Answer customer calls during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 6:45-8:45 PST)
  • + Utilize a provided script to screen calls and gather necessary information
  • + Relay information to the office in a timely and efficient manner

  • + Handle all marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers
