We're looking for an experienced Transportation Logistics Data Analyst to join our team, who will play a critical role in supporting our industrial engineering and operations functions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. • Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven insights into operational strategies
• Integrate multiple data assets across various database platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

• *Requirements**

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required, with expertise in data analysis, pivot tables, and charting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred, with experience in database design, development, and maintenance
• Typing and 10-key competencies are preferred, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Must pass a Background Check and a Drug Test
