What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our passenger services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of service while maintaining operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Check-In Excellence: Manage the entire check-in process for passengers, including verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with seat assignments. You will ensure that all passengers have the correct documentation for their travels.

  • Baggage Services: Tag, weigh, and transport baggage from scales to conveyor belts. You will handle luggage with care while ensuring proper routing. Please note that some bags may weigh up to 70 pounds, so physical capability is essential.

  • Gate Operations: Oversee the boarding process, manage seat availability, and make professional gate announcements. You will ensure smooth boarding sequences and handle any gate-related issues that may arise.

  • Loading Bridge Operations: Work with loading bridges to safely board and deplane passengers, ensuring efficient aircraft turnaround times.

  • Aircraft Door Management: Open, close, and secure aircraft doors in accordance with safety protocols and operational procedures.

  • Special Passenger Assistance: Escort unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities throughout the airport, providing compassionate care and ensuring their safety and comfort.

  • Travel Document Verification: Ensure all passengers have proper identification and travel documentation in compliance with federal regulations.

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with routing questions, travel planning, and any concerns they may have regarding their journey.

Our scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts can vary from early morning to overnight hours. Each station has its unique flight schedule, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority and operational requirements.   • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency

  • Basic digital literacy and comfort with technology

  • Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) – you can prepare by reviewing physical requirements for the role
