As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Collect, code, input, and retrieve information using data entry functions
- Enter data from keying worksheets into Excel spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UTWorks Key module Program
- Evaluate and verify notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into Excel spreadsheets
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Confer with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters and represent Lock & Key Services on special projects
- Compose routine correspondence and perform related duties as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school graduation or GED
- Three years of experience in an office environment
- Two years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Two years of intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Current Class "C" Texas Operator Driver License required
