We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a provisional assignment lasting up to 90 days. As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email, while navigating multiple systems to resolve issues and answer questions.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues and inquiries
- Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and process efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, technology, and process improvement
- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment; experience with computer processing/data entry software a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Successful completion of mandatory training program
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- 6 months of experience in a contact center or retail environment
- 6 months of experience with computer processing/data entry software
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
