As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing chat and email support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform our business decisions and optimize our services
  • Analyzing user test videos to understand how our clients perceive our product and services
  • Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Helping to build a team of CS superstars by mentoring and coaching new team members
  • Identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed
  • Providing guidance and support to clients on how to use our proxies effectively
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts and technologies
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
  • Self-motivation, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your role
