What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect at arenaflex, you will serve as the technical lead for initiatives within the Discovery contract area. Your expertise will guide teams in building scalable, performant systems that power content recommendations and personalization features used by millions daily.

Architect Technical Solutions: Design and define the architecture for products, algorithms, and data systems that are fundamental to the customer experience. Ensure technical excellence in all system designs.

Skills and Competencies for Success

Extensive Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience building large-scale, highly scalable systems that serve millions of users.

Advanced Programming Skills: Strong background with hands-on experience as a Senior software development engineer. Proficiency in backend technologies and system design.

Distributed Systems Expertise: Solid understanding of distributed computing principles, microservices architecture, and system reliability at scale.

Data Store Mastery: Capability in both SQL and NoSQL datastores, with the ability to select the appropriate technology based on specific requirements and use cases.

Performance Optimization: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns optimized for high-performance applications.

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience in machine learning, data science, or search technologies in B2C environments (e-commerce, OTT streaming platforms) is a significant advantage.
