As a Student Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers immediately upon entering the store and providing a warm, welcoming experience
  • Operating cash/credit transactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless and secure payment process
  • Balancing cash drawers, including opening and closing of daily drawers, to maintain accurate financial records
  • Receiving, sorting, and opening new merchandise as directed, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Carrying up to 50 lb boxes of merchandise as needed, demonstrating physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Straightening merchandise, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning shelves and displays, to maintain a clean and tidy store environment
  • Assisting in setting up displays and signs, showcasing new products and promotions
  • Filling in for employees during absences, breaks, and high volume periods, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Picking, processing, and packing orders for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Working at remote locations during events such as sporting events and graduations, representing arenaflex and providing exceptional customer service
  • Taking inventory as needed and may be responsible for ordering general merchandise items, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management
  • Proficiently using computers and POS systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and analyze sales data
