  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Engagements - Deal Lead to manage the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals. This highly visible role will own alignment with C-level executives, IT teams, and multiple lines of business to achieve business outcomes, increase the adoption of arenaflex services, and establish arenaflex as the key cloud technology provider.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals
  • Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals
  • Contribute to developing arenaflex's value proposition and solutions
  • Drive revenue growth and cloud adoption
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, service teams, finance, and legal
  • Act as a trusted advisor in the development of commercial strategies for deals with arenaflex field sales executives
  • Inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Develop strategies for pricing and discounts; effectively communicate and identify deal blockers
  • Lead or support presentation of deal proposals to customers
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading complex deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and arenaflex services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
