As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.
