As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, working remotely to provide exceptional support to our customers. - Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently
- Perform application data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multitasking and task management to meet performance goals
- Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams
- Essential Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Own a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
- Complete a background check and health screening as part of the hiring process
- Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
- Possess moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
- Be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
