About the Role

As a Series 7 Licensed Financial Services Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our brokerage operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This position offers the perfect blend of technical financial expertise and customer relationship management, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

You'll be responsible for addressing client concerns, resolving brokerage complaints, and providing guidance on a wide range of financial products and services. Your expertise in Series 7 regulations, combined with your strong communication skills, will help ensure that our clients receive accurate information and timely resolutions to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Support Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing brokerage complaints and concerns. Listen actively, empathize with client situations, and provide clear, accurate resolutions that align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Brokerage Operations: Apply your deep knowledge of brokerage operations to process transactions, handle account management tasks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Research and evaluate moderate to complex technical issues related to applications, services, product conversions, and new product development. Present well-reasoned recommendations for resolving challenging situations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing customer support processes within your functional area. Contribute innovative ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relationship managers, internal partners, and stakeholders to coordinate solutions for escalated customer issues. Maintain clear communication channels to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions. Ensure all activities comply with financial industry regulations and company standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on financial products, services, and market conditions. Apply this knowledge to educate customers and provide personalized recommendations that meet their financial goals.
  • Team Support: Share expertise with customer service colleagues, mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:


  • Active Series 7 License: Current Series 7 license required. Candidates within a 2-year window of having held an active license may be considered, with the ability to re-activate credentials quickly.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center operations. Equivalent demonstrated competency through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education is also acceptable.
  • Brokerage Operations Expertise: Hands-on experience with brokerage operations, including account management, transaction processing, and compliance procedures.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Comfortable learning new software systems and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to research issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions independently.
  • Judgment & Decision-Making: Ability to exercise independent judgment while developing a thorough understanding of both internal and external customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will help you stand out:


  • Additional securities licenses (Series 63, Series 66, or Series 6)

  • Experience with specific brokerage platforms and trading systems

  • Background in handling escalated customer complaints in financial services

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing brokerage operations

  • Prior experience in a hybrid or remote work environment

  • College degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
