**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • *Join the arenaflex Crew and Lead the Way Together**

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider areas, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer delight surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
  • Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
  • Leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels.
  • Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
  • Develop consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
  • Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
  • *Essential and Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
  • Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ability to create informative and engaging reports.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
