  • Expedites backorders, pulls inventory, and prepares orders for shipment to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Determines the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders, optimizing logistics and reducing costs
  • May handle customer returns, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provides coaching, guidance, and direction to less experienced Customer Service Representatives, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Assists less experienced Customer Service Representatives with addressing customer needs, including locating items and resolving problems
  • May be responsible for quality and/or safety in the branch, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards and regulations
  • Works directly with Service Technicians in the shop to determine corrective repair actions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • Mechanical and/or Industrial parts experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
