Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Coordinator, or in a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Medical certification (e.g., CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
