- Customer Service Experience: At least one (1) year of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based platforms.
