As a REMOTE Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a business-to-business client support role. You'll work closely with internal departments, keeping clients informed and proactively following through to resolution. - Serve as a member of our Support Team, providing exceptional support to clients and resolving complex issues
- Maintain client focus at all times, adhering to Client Service Standards and taking ownership of all inquiries
- Provide status updates to clients at every step of the process
- Generate outbound calls when contact is needed throughout the process
- Answer and respond to all inbound client calls and emails, providing accurate answers and maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Conference in various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer questions
- Document interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 3 years of mortgage experience, with a preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience
- Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA/VA
- Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLA's
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
