We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
