  • Accurately and efficiently input facts into databases, spreadsheets, or different structures using PC software
  • Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of facts entries to ensure data integrity
  • Update and maintain current facts as necessary, including making corrections and updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facts entries, changes, and transactions
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or mistakes in current facts
  • Perform quality tests to ensure facts accurate and consistent
  • Categorize and label facts in accordance with established standards or guidelines
  • Generate reviews and summaries from facts entries as requested by supervisors or team leads
  • Follow data protection and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information
