As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to arenaflex's DaVita Integrated Kidney Care Nurses and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, verifying, and entering information into appropriate databases
  • Developing reports and other materials for distribution
  • Attending team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when working with sensitive information
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior medical/clerical administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Intermediate proficiency in navigating MS Office applications
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment when working with confidential information
  • Basic proficiency in department Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment (or position change required)
