As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system
  • Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing the risk of further complications
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be measured on the following key results areas:

  • Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time, ensuring efficient and effective call handling
  • Achieving Quality Assurance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.), ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • *Ideal Candidate Qualifications**

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and effectively communicate with outside parties. A strong focus on exemplary shift attendance is required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications. A High School graduate or equivalent is required.

  • *Technical Requirements**

For Remote Positions:

  • Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
  • Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
  • *Camera Requirements**
  • Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)

Our paid training program will begin on Monday, January 20, 2025, and will take place from Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST. Following training, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Monday through Friday: 7am - 9pm EST (Monday shifts are 10 hours)
  • Saturday: 7am - 5pm EST
