  • *Responsibilities**

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
  • Assisting customers with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support
  • Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Maintaining excellent customer service as our core values, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and empathy
  • Following all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and empathy
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, ensuring seamless call handling and resolution
  • Excellent attendance track record, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service
  • *Technical Requirements**

As a remote customer service representative, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Provide your own computer hardware, software, and home internet in a quiet and private environment
  • Ensure a stable and secure internet connection, with a minimum of 10+ Mbps bandwidth and <100ms latency to Florida
  • Use a wired Ethernet connection to the internet service provider modem, with a download speed of 200+ Mbps and upload speed of 20+ Mbps
  • Utilize a dual-monitor setup, with one monitor being at least 19" or larger
  • Meet the minimum system requirements, including:
