As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our internal and external clients, trading partners, and vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR)
  • Following established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
  • Documenting all issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service and quality orientation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational skills

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related software
  • Knowledge of electronic claims, medical office software, and/or coding/billing systems
