- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our internal and external clients, trading partners, and vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR)
- Following established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
- Documenting all issues, comments, and resolutions in our software system applications
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing
- Proficient computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and quality orientation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational skills

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related software
