- Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy

- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare customer service (equivalent experience may be considered)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and quality
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
- Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)

- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
