  • At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare customer service (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and quality
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)

  • Experience working in a remote customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g. English/Spanish)
