  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from clients, triaging issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions
  • Act as a liaison between our field team and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Investigate and resolve problems, recognizing when to escalate customer issues to ensure seamless support
  • Provide product and service information to customers, promoting and selling arenaflex offerings as needed
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, taking initiative to proactively provide solutions and deliver timely resolutions
  • Make callbacks to customers as needed, ensuring follow-up and follow-through on outstanding issues
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary to provide exceptional customer service
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools as needed
