As a key member of our Defined Benefits and Retirement Income Solutions Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing and navigating Windows-based operating systems, and working closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.   • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process and navigate Windows-based operating systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • *Requirements**
  • 1-2 years of call center experience in a customer service role (computer skills and customer service experience are accepted)
  • 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.)
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to convey complex topics to clients
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace (hotspots are not allowed)
  • Ability to use video during interviews and training
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
  • Ability to attend training and nesting at our Warwick, RI office
  • Ability to travel to our Warwick, RI office if system issues arise at home
