*Responsibilities**

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and empathetic manner
Providing accurate and timely product or service information to resolve customer issues
Following client guidelines and completing all required training to ensure seamless execution
Accurately documenting all customer interactions to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
Working independently to meet performance standards and achieve goals
Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal productivity

*Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
A high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
