  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
  • Receiving and/or placing telephone calls, which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
  • Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable, or directing to technical/service areas
  • Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
  • Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is:

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • *Minimum Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
  • *Desired Skills and Capabilities**
  • Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
  • Has little or no role in the decision-making process
  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
  • Works under close supervision
