- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
- Receiving and/or placing telephone calls, which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
- Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable, or directing to technical/service areas
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
- Navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

- Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- *Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
- *Desired Skills and Capabilities**
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
- Has little or no role in the decision-making process
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
