As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care for our current customer base, including answering calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer needs and resolving customer issues via phone, text, or email
  • Helping to save appointments from customers requesting to cancel services
  • Up-selling and cross-selling services to customers
  • Generating sales leads from calls
  • Answering and managing incoming and outbound calls and emails
  • Scheduling customer appointments for in-home quotes
  • Aiming for customer resolution and return
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes
