Position Overview: Remote Client Success Specialist
We're actively looking to hire a Remote Client Success Specialist (Customer Service Trainee) to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, and we require the candidate to reside in the Central Coast region to effectively support our clients in the Central Time Zone. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our clients engaged and informed throughout their tax resolution journey.

What You'll Do Every Day
Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Here's what you can expect:
- Client Communication: Proactively contact clients to request documents required to properly service their case, ensuring we have all the necessary information to advocate effectively on their behalf.
- Inbound and Outbound Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from existing clients, receive inbound calls for status updates, and execute outbound calls to provide timely status updates on their cases.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of taxpayers' income, expenses, and assets to develop comprehensive resolution strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
- Case Management: Manage and prioritize cases depending on complexity, ensuring that all clients receive the attention and support they deserve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact professionally with clients, Tax Professionals, and other departments within arenaflex to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Time Management: Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize your daily workload and meet all deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Always provide an exceptional customer service experience in every customer-facing interaction, representing arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
- Document Assembly: Assemble documents and present them to government agencies on behalf of our clients.
- Tax Defense Strategy: Research and develop strategies to defend the taxpayer's position and achieve the best possible outcome.
- Collection Prevention: Ensure security from any collection enforcement to prevent levies and protect our clients' assets.

Essential Qualifications

- Language Skills: Knowledge and application of English grammar, including composition, editing, and proofreading skills.
Preferred Experience
While we value experience, we also believe in investing in talent. The following qualifications will give you an edge:
- 2+ years in a Case Management role is strongly preferred
- Tax resolution experience or knowledge of tax resolution processes (comprehensive training available for the right candidate)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is required

Compensation & Schedule
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week. The standard shift is an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required. This schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our clients during their preferred contact hours.
