As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Day shift, evening shift, and night shift options
  • Every weekend, Monday to Friday, and Saturday or Sunday options
  • A minimum of 40 hours per week

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

  • Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
  • Attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
