As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, and instant message. You'll build rapport, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized support, ensuring that every interaction is compassionate, accurate, and timely. Your expertise will be essential in translating complex benefits information into simple, actionable advice, helping customers navigate their plans and make informed decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a respectful, empathetic, and professional manner

  • Translate complex benefits information into clear, concise explanations, ensuring that customers understand their plans and can take action
  • Read and understand clients' plan documents and online knowledgebase tools, using this information to anticipate and address customers' needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and provide feedback on customer interactions

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
  • English speaking candidates or bilingual in Spanish or French (with a 0.75 cents per hour pay increase for fully fluent Spanish or French speakers)
